Local SEO services for Hudson Valley businesses

Everything below is aimed at one outcome: when someone nearby searches for what you do, you are one of the first names they see — and they call you.

What's included

Google Business Profile management

Your Google listing is the single most important asset in local search, and in my own audit of 46 Orange County practices, 87% had an incomplete one. This is where the fastest wins live. Work includes choosing the correct primary and secondary categories, filling in services and hours, adding real photos, writing your business description, posting updates, and monitoring for the unrequested changes Google sometimes makes to listings.

Citation and NAP cleanup

Your name, address and phone number need to match everywhere they appear — Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, directories, and your own website. When they conflict, Google loses confidence in which information is correct, and that costs you visibility. We find the inconsistencies and fix them.

Website fundamentals

The technical basics Google checks and most small business sites fail: a secure HTTPS connection, a page that works properly on a phone, reasonable loading speed, correct page titles and descriptions, proper headings, and structured data that tells Google you are a local business in a specific place. Half the practices we audited had no structured data at all.

Reviews

Review count and recency are among the strongest local ranking signals, and the clearest trust signal for someone choosing between you and a competitor. We set up a simple, repeatable process for asking — no incentives, no fake reviews, nothing that risks your listing being suspended.

Local content

Pages built around what people in your specific towns actually search for, rather than generic copy that could belong to any business in the country.

Reporting that means something

A short monthly summary in plain English: where you rank for the searches that matter, what changed on your listing, how many reviews you gained, and what we are doing next. Not a 40-page automated PDF designed to look like work.

Pricing

Most agencies make you fill in a form to find this out. Here it is.

PackagePriceBest for
Local Foundation
one-time
$750–$1,500 Fixing the fundamentals once: listing overhaul, citation cleanup, on-page fixes. A good way to work together before committing to anything ongoing.
Local Growth
monthly
$750–$1,500 A single location that wants to keep improving: ongoing listing management, reviews, content and reporting.
Multi-Location
monthly
from $2,000 Two or more locations, each needing its own listing, content and tracking.

Where you land in a range depends on how competitive your category is locally and how much needs fixing at the start. We will tell you which package we think you need, including when that is the cheaper one.

What happens, month by month

PeriodFocus
Month 1Full audit. Google Business Profile rebuilt properly. Citation and NAP cleanup started. The technical problems on your website that are cheap to fix get fixed. This is where the fastest visible change happens.
Months 2–3Review system running. Local pages written and published. Deeper on-page and structured data work. You should start seeing movement in map results for less competitive searches.
Months 4–6Competitive searches start to move. Content expands to cover more of what your customers search for. By this point we are measuring against a baseline rather than guessing.
What we won't do: buy or fabricate reviews, build spam backlinks, keyword-stuff your Google listing name, lock you into a twelve-month contract, or promise you the number one spot. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, because nobody controls Google's results — and the tactics that chase guarantees are the ones that get listings suspended.

Is this worth it for you?

Straightforward test: work out what one new customer is worth to you over a year. For a chiropractor, a dentist or a roofer, it is usually well into the thousands. If that is you, then this pays for itself on one or two additional customers a month, and the work keeps producing after you stop paying for it — which is the main way it differs from advertising.

If one customer is worth $40 and you need volume, paid ads or social will serve you better, and we will say so rather than take the retainer.
